Videosnaps Zinc

Hi,

i can't manage to get Videosnaps for Zinc games displayed?

mame or atari 2600 are working ok (some movies arent showing up, sound only sometimes....).

my zinc setup is ok....

Ideas ?

What format are the files? If you have emumovies sets, I think they have 2 versions for different FE's.

AVI Files

same as the MAME or ATARI, but they don't work...

Maybe the names are wrong (avi in subfolder??) ? the filename of the avi file should be the same as the rom image?

or is it different with the zinc emu...cause there is no database 4 zinc....

This is a long shot, but is it possible you are having a problem because zinc uses numbers for the rom names and you have files with the MAME rom names. It really depends on how you are implementing Zinc though. I have Zinc set up as an emulator (not using GameEx's built in support) and using mameemumap.ini to combine and get the naming right.

thx bkenobi, you're right! i looked the numbers up in the aldostools gui, renamed the avifiles with the right numbers and now i can see all the

emumovie zinc videos in gameex! nice

Which ZinC vide set are you using? I posted a brand new set last month
