locked up on reading listinfo.dat.....normal?

gameex just prompted me to update my gamelist. i consented, and it's been stuck on 'updating listinfo.dat....%25' for about twenty minutes. is this normal? or has this thing frozen on me?

edit: here's the 'log' file, or at least the last little bit of it.

I just responded to your other post on this topic, please refrain from having the same posts in different areas as it is hard to manage and you will find yourself not getting the required information.
