There is a problem when I try to run the game "Badlands" on Daphne. When started with Daphneloader the sound is allright, but when started under GameEx there is just a split second of intro sound, then the sound stops playing during the intro movie. When you insert a coin and start playing the sound is normal again.

Not a very big issue, but I would like to get rid of it anyhow. Does anybody else experience this with "Badlands" and has a solution?

Cheers,

Arjen

Well, that really isn't a problem, per say. Do this. Run Daphneloader, go to configure the game, there is a tick box to show the command. Copy the command and post it here, or disect it yourself. This is how daphne loader is calling the game (correctly)

You will see diffrent game options in the command line. Skip framse blank and sometimes some numbers. These can go into the gameoption field in Gameex. Then Gameex will use the same command when it launches the game.

I hope this makes since.

Bullseye again Brian, your nickname is well deserved I see. ;)

I didn't know this was possible with Daphneloader, but your solution was spot on, problem solved.

Thanks again,

Arjen
