GameEx calls MAME for updates so unless CoinFX also passes those commands on, GameEx will fail during updates. When I was using a wrapper for multiple versions of MAME, I had to use the AdvanceMAME setup and keep a standard version of MAME there for updates. Palmore Posted February 21, 2010 Author Share Posted February 21, 2010 yes CoinFX will pass any commands given to it to MAME.I'm releasing version 0.3.51b Sunday, it allows to have multiple copies of CoinFX with 1 unified coin counter system, this way you can use CoinFX with MAME, Zinc, Model 2, Nebula etc, and still count coins for all arcade systems.
