I absolutely love plasmapong and would love to have it running through my gameex, but i have a problem i have been unable to overcome so for. I have my gameex running on an old bigass widescreen 100hz television that is connected to my PC via TV-out. Plasmapong is running maxed out as fluid as possible and turns to fullscreen without any problems on my 24" monitor.

However when i make my TV primary (and optionally disable the monitor all together), plasma pong only seems to be able to run in a maximised window and never fullscreen. This is not a gameex-issue, since the problem persists outside running gameex and starting up directly. I don't know why a program is affected by the screen its running on(since its just a display?), but i do know it is. Devil May Cry 4 for instance doesn't run in DirectX10 mode on my TV, where it works fine on my monitor. DMC in DX9 however, works on both.

If someone able to help me out with shedding some light on what is the problem with PPong or even has a suggestion how to make it work, i would love to hear it. Also, if you have it working fullscreen on a TV, could you make mention of it(also with what version please)? Thanks in advance for any assistance, :)

bump :(

i have the same problem with switchball. It gives me a dialog figuring it's a direct3d problem. Telling me to update drivers, but they are the most recent. I tried a program like refreshlock since oddly enough my TV can only be set to a 25hz interlaced refreshrate but that doesn't work (i still can't alter it) and i thought maybe that had something to do with it. Despite the 25iHz i have a great non-interlaced(as far as i can see at least) picture thats hell of a lot better than my old SVideo picture running at 60Hz on a CRT TV. Perhaps all this info makes a lightbulb go off somewhere? I sure like plasmapong

Since not a GameEx issue then it's hard to get help unless someone is running their hardware exactly the same way as yourself. I did a search and came across this wiki page that describes the problems with games and apps and it suggested an app called CSMMT. So might wanna google that and see if that's a solution for you. Other than that then give time for a user to respond with that type of solution.
