XBMC, Scrapers, etc...

I already own GameEx... Just wondering if it can be integrated with XBMC or if GameEx has similar support for downloading movie and TV show information via scrapers, such as thumbnails, cover art, episode description info files, synopsis, etc... or if there are any plans to do so. Perhaps the devs of GameEx and XBMC could get together in some way, although XBMC is freeware.

Unless XBMC is a four-letter word around here. (No pun intended)

Right now GameEx has the movie database and does download box art and descriptions for movies. As always I am open to suggestions.

PS: In regard to XBMC, if it is too much competition - why are you here, asking and a registered user?

I quite like the XBMC skins.. why doesn't someone make a skin for GameEx like that?

XBMC is an awesome project! I actually use it for my HTPC needs...because I have a modded XBox. They focus on things a bit differently than GameEx though. They are very interested in the video side of things and leave the audio and application stuff to work itself out IMO. GameEx is more about allowing the user to get EVERYTHING working. It doesn't necessarily have the best of everything, but it has a lot more options. What GameEx does have included is very nice, just not necessarily the end all be all in all situations.
