V4 themes and game selection images

So I went to play around with the new V4 theme addition since I haven't messed around with GameEX in a long time. I really like the option of making the game selection screen images rather than a text list. So I went to try it out by putting my NES box art in the snap directory and loaded up GameEX. It works, but the images are zoomed in to fit since NES box art are not perfect squares. Is there any option or way to prevent the zooming in of the pictures in the game list? Basically I'm trying to have the box art not stretched or zoomed in within the game selection list.
