STILL TRYING TO GET GAMEEX RIGHT

Hi all hope you dont mind but to me it is a problem.

I have latest gameex and win xp pro

When gameex starts i have no mouse pointer and i have not disabled it

and sometimes but not always the startup screen has 3 icons on the left and 2 on the right

a question mark a green circle with an arrow inside and another icon.

And on the right a red cross and a H symbol in blue.

Is there anyway to get these to show up each time gameex starts.

I have been having problems for 2 weeks with one thing or another,i have been backwards and forwards through

F A Q and through instructions.

I have installed gameex 4 times and done the basic setup and advanced.

i dont think posting the log will help as it is starting ok.

Plus i am not on my cab to post the log Cheers Peter

So are you saying GameEx doesn't always act the same when it starts up?

The log shows more than just the error when GameEx crashes. It also shows every step of the process as the applications loads and runs. Posting the log might enable someone to see what configuration might be causing your issues. Without this, it's really just guessing what could be the problem.

If internet is a problem, you can always copy the log to a flash drive or whatever. Internet access helps with updates and certain features, but it's certainly not required to use the app.
