background video in theme editor not showing

Hello

this is my first post here, i have been using gameex from a year from now and i just registered to "pro" version.

My problem is simple but i cannot deal with it so maybe you people may help me.

I have download a video from youtube that i encoded with xvid so it's an avi the problem is that I say to the theme editor to use it in as background it recongined there but when i try to open the gameex (that it works) show a black screen or the background normal image

what I'm doing wrong?

i'ts making me crazy because i think i tried everything, i searched the forums but i haven't seen anything
