Nothing Happens?

So I just installed gameex on another computer and when I click on it nothing happens. I got direct x9c and .net framework 2.0 with winXP. I installed on an other pc and it worked fine but this time it didnt goto the setup wizard after the install so I just clicked start, program files, gameex, setup wizard but nothing. Clicked on gameex and all the other programs in there but still nothing. went to where it was installed on my C drive and those didnt work either so really need some help with this. Thanks

As far as I know there are three things that can cause this.

Running GameEx.exe when its already running, from a network drive, or running it when its not installed properly. Maybe another copy of GameEx is running in the background?

Are you using a tiny xp build or other non retail version of XP? I know you said you have the dot net frame work and dx 9. You can be missing other framework or runtimes if using one of these builds.

Can you elaborate a little more regarding your windows version?
