Loading background shifts to the right

I have the loading background and start background as the same picture. When GameEx is loading, the loading pic is shifted to the right and when the start page appears the pic is centred as it should be.

I use GameEx on a 1080P HDTV and both pics are 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Any ideas why this happens?
