Is there anyway to manualy edit the GameEx MAME Favs list?

Not really, its easiest done in the front end.

The files are stored in \data\ gamelist.txt for MAME amd gamelist.ini for emulators, but its not easy to do it manually there very cryptic.

Why do you need/want to do this? Perhaps I can come up with a better solution?
