All gaming sytems on start page

I am trying to get GameEx to show all the gaming sytems on the start page. Now I have enabled flat menus in configuration and this shows all the systems. However all mame categories are also shown(horizontal, vertical, golden age .etc)

Is their a way to show just mame, select that and then show these categories?

You should be able to do this with the menu editor.

Thanks Tom, that works!

I did look at the editor, but weren't sure that was the way I should go about it.
