Fixes various emulator database and map file matching issues

Improved caching of emulator databases. May result in speed increase

Due to the above emulator databases will recache on first run after installing this release

Setup Wizard now allows configuraion of the three custom emulator artwork paths

When selecting to edit keyboard or joystick controls in the advanced config tool the setup wizard will now launch on the appropriate page to allow easier configuration

Several other minor fixes

Can someone explain what it is and how to use it? Tried to use some pics with the same name as the rom file but nothing happened..
