This is the US Set of Game previews for the Sega Genesis. I captured all images using KGEN, so any games that didn't seem playable were not captured.

The previews consist of a sampling of gameplay and then the title screen. Some are as short as 15 seconds and some are longer than 2 minutes. It just depended on the game and what I felt needed to be captured in order to achieve a good sampling. Remember MameWah and 3D Arcade frontends loop the avi files so I kept that in mind when ripping.

Use in frontends such as MameWah, 3D Arcade or GameEX.

Samples will be located at www.emumovies.com as soon as I can get them up.

You can download the free DIVX decoder at www.divx.com, make sure that you disable the divx logo in the decoder's settings for best results.

Personal Note:

This is my biggest release to date and it sure did take a long time to get done. I would like to apologize to everyone who may have thought that I dissapeared. It has been a very busy 6 months professionally, but I am still in the game. And the website getting hacked and losing the message board just made me almost want to quit. I will be diving right into another set so hopefully things will pick up. Thanks to everyone who has been supportive since I started this little project and I hope you all enjoy this latest EMUMOVIES release!!!

I wanted to just say though using the free official Divx decoder is not a good idea for GameEx. It makes GameEx loose window focus as the free divx player starts a tray app (junk just taking up memory). Everyone would be much better using FFDSHOW http://ffdshow.sf.net. It offers hugely better performance and reliability in my experience, along with enhanced quality. Its also basically all you need for playback of most audio and video formats other than DVD.
