New Daphne Game Not Launching Properly in GameEx

Hey Tom,

Picked up the latest Daphne rom load from Tiptonware.com. v. 99.7

All games load fine via framefile reference except:

Roadblasters

Thayer's Quest

Cobra Command

All three load fine via DaphneLoader so not sure what the deal is. The framefiles are properly referenced in GameEx too.

Thoughts?
