Dreamcast and Saturn Problem

I cant get NullDC and SSF to run probably

Both emulators are working outside GameEx

First SSF:

I am using Daemon Tools Lite to mount and unmount the game images.

When I select a game the screen stays black but you can hear sound and input works too!

second NullDC:

I am using "nullDC-Naomi_Wrapper.exe" which is located in my Gamex/Loaders dir. I dont understand what it does and I have only extracted it into this folder.

NullDC works outside GameEx but I ghavent set up some specified plugins or something.

When I select a game the screen stays black and nothing happens. When I press ESC I am back in GameEx.

Try setting 'Show Desktop' to 'True'

nullDC doesn't really require a wrapper. The wrapper you're using seems to be for the naomi version of nullDC which is the arcade version and might be why you're having issues with that emulator.

SSF shows up windowed. Is there a sollution to get it into fullscreen other than to send a ALT+ENTER key?

ops you are right. The wrapper I am using is for the naomi version of the emu.

I will search a config for the NullDC Dreamcast version and will report back if it works or not

okay, I think hat am a step closer now but it still doesnt work:

I am starting NullDC with:

nulldc.exe -config ImageReader:DefaultImage="[rompath]/[romfile]"

In the nulldc.cfg I ve made the following changes:

Emulator.AutoStart=1

Emulator.NoConsole=1

Fullscreen.Enabled=1

LoadDefaultImage=0

I know that I have to set LoadDefaultImage=1 in order to get the emu to work with GameEx but whenever I do this NullDC wont start anymore and crashes! any suggestions how to get it to work with LoadDefaultImage=1 ?

Okay, I figured it out and it was damn easy:

the following has to be set in the nullDC.cfg file:

Emulator.AutoStart=1

Emulator.NoConsole=1

Fullscreen.Enabled=1

LoadDefaultImage=1

with this CMD I am starting NullDC:

nullDC_1.0.3_mmu.exe -config ImageReader:DefaultImage="[rompath]/[romfile]"

It didnt work because I pointed out to a exe named "nullDC.exe" which didnt exist -.-
