Instant Sheller - help

When using instant sheller I am still seeing gameex windows when starting and exiting games (minimizing and maximizing). However outside of instant sheller (just using gameex normally), I don't see any windows - it's a lovely smooth process.

Has anyone had this problem and could you shed some light on this?

I am clicking the 'Disable Windows Animations', in case you were wondering. But I still get this problem.

as far as i know you can't get rid of the minimizing/maximizing windows bar. if you find a way, please tell me!

Well actually it does disappear completely when I'm using gameex through my operating system, but when i use instant sheller, those windows appear. There's got to be a reason behind it.
