GameEx not showing all my games in Games list (i have "Show clones/not working game" chedked in the set up"

For some reason GameEx is not showing all my games in the games list (I will create a new topic for this). In the GameEx setup, I have slected (show clones and show not working - I even have show adult games and show Majong games (although I will soon be deleting all the Majong roms and filtering out the crappy adult games). For example, the Japanese version of Aliens is not showing up in the list and also, Streetfighter 3 (No CD is not showing up). They do all show up when I use MAMEWah though - so i definately have the correct Romset/names.

Any help would be appreciated.

There are half a dozen different filters that each need to be disabled in order to get EVERY game to show up. The one that I didn't see you mention that is pretty important is "Verify Roms". If you don't disable this, then GameEx has MAME check the rom and report if it's valid or not. If you don't have the same version of MAME and roms, you will probably lose quite a few games right there.

Also, you need to update your list after changing any filter settings.
