Problem with Neo-Geo CD and GameEx

I have problems with GameEx and Neo-Geo CD isos. When I click on the SNK Neo-Geo CD system, it shows the loading bar but doesn't show the gamelist, the screen turns black for 3 seconds aprox. and back to the same screen, then GameEx produces an error and closes:

Which is the problem and how can I solve this problem?

UPDATE: I fixed it activating the Scan Sub Folder option. Sorry for the post, someone can say me if it is possible to delete a post after post it? I don't find the option.
