Available MAME roms

I just installed Gameex to my Windows Media Center and everything is great, except for having to scroll through every single rom title. Is there a way to filter out the rom titles that you don't have and just scroll through the roms that you do have? I just want to see my available roms.

Open Configuration . In "Advanced MAME options" set "Only existing roms" to Yes.
