Help Info and Guide Finding on Daphne

I saw and read many post here on the issue on Daphne and I have some youtube video on on how to set up the emulator only question is where the heck you find the game or zip or anyway to play it.Also there the Daphne DDL V1.O

I was messing around with it and I click the on Dragon Lair and this menu pop up to recesive is that a part of the emulator setup Or is that the full game being downloaded.If not is there a way to get these games if so where do I find them.

I just want someone to help me out and point me in the right way on doing this

to find most of the games for it

Asking where to get roms or images is against forum rules. You can buy some of them from Digital Leisure.

I'm not sure if this is or isn't against the rules actually. I thought versions of Daphne > 1.0 were Digital Leisure's releases and included a download tool right in them. I'm not really familiar with it though, so I'm probably wrong.

Btw, my first take was that this was against the rules, but decided not to comment since I wasn't sure. Ehhh....

I am sorry for that.I did not know ether. I dont want to offen anybody.So if any of the moderators dont mind removing the post I made. So please do and I am sorry. Thank you Tempest for that Info I really love this forum site and one thing I dont want to do is breaking any rule in the progress. I just dont understand how everyone manage to get the roms or images for them i tryed contacting the Daphne main site but no messge from them. I gues everyone here same way got emulator where roms its almost like you get the cornfakes with no milk Thanks for your time and Keep on Gaming

The Daphne site was down last time I went. Daphne also kicked my butt, like Scumm and others (thanks for the help everybody!) but just push on through.

Ya daphne lets you download a pre-ripped version of the DVD digital Leisure sells. Sure to get the game just load up daphne and let daphne download it automatically. This will require you to authenticate your download with the real dvd purchased from digital leisure. They do this so you dont have to rip your own game to get it playable in the emulator but still want to ensure you paid for your game.

We all dump our own games right?!?

Anyways there are options to NOT download the media and use your own with framefiles. This is the part we cannot help you with on the forum.

Kinda a dont ask dont tell policy.

Daphne is different than most emus and you will find a few threads here regarding its setup.
