most played section takes a while to show

i think i read about this before:

I just updated to the newest gameex version and now every time when I click on Most Played it takes like 20 seconds to show.

I think this can be fixed by deleting cache files right? can someone point me to the files again?

I have a similar question: After booting up GameEx, the first time I enter a "game screen" (where I can start the game, look at the artwork and stuff) it takes a long time to load. Sometimes up to 10-15 seconds. After that, every other "game screen" loads instantly. Is there any way to speed this "first time loading" up?
