Disable speech ?

After the last update I noticed a new speech system in GameEx, on my system it's sounds really scratchy. Is there a way to turn this feature on and off? I looked through the configuration, but couldn't find any setting for this. Did I overlook something?

Go to Start->Programs->GameEx->Configuration->Plugin Mangager and turn off the plugin.

Hmmmm, the speak game name plug-in is disabled. What I'm referring to is the females voice that says like " welcome to gamex" at start-up. I'm using onboard audio and it makes it sound really scratchy.

It's not that plugin --- the LCD/LED Plugin is the one doing it. You can either turn off that plugin altogether, or go into the plugin configuration and events and turn it off.
