Vertical orientated cabinet

This week I installed a J-pac with an ArcadeVGA in a cabinet with a vertical mounted 15Khz arcade monitor. In this cabinet I only have vertical games. I now run 3DArcade/emulaxian as a front end, but I also want to try GameEx. Is there a possibility to orientate GameEx vertical, inlcuding vertical theme (480 x 640), displays of list etc? I run Windows '98 SE in it.

Sadly, here's a quote by Tom from another post (feature requests):

"Just so I dont raise hopes, Vertical support is never likely to happen.

The reason is simple, in that the GameEx GUI will just not fit on a vertically reported display at Low res Arcade Monitor resolutions. It would need to be running at at least 1024X768 and as low res arcade monitors cant support this resolution thats the reason.

If there was actually demand for running GameEx rotated but at high res, then I will certainly implement it."

That is not good news, but I guess I have to live with it.
