Is there a way to use the gamepad with Visual Pinball, I'm aware of joytokey and Xpadder, but how would one go about setting it up to work with Visual Pinball, after a search of the forum i've come up with nothing conclusive.

lol Setting up Vpinmame and Visual Pinball was a pain in the ass, and then I find out that Visual Pinball has no native joypad support.

Is there a command line to launch and exit Xpadder? Or is there a simpler way that i'm just not seeing here?

Last question for the week I swear!

Thanks!

Yes, you can launch XPadder with the command line and even have it load up profiles for multiple controllers (if you have more than one). I can't remember the command line structure exactly, but if you go to a command prompt and type "xpadder /?" I think it lists all the available options. There's probably a way to find this info in the main program as well, but I don't recall how to get to it.

I do remember that /m starts things minimized, but that doesn't really help you :P

Ok you were right got it working now, VPAUTO and Xpadder both launch when I try to launch a pinball table, but the game wont start now, I think it's interfering with GameEx's VPAUTO set as ALSO LAUNCH.

=/ I want this to work so bad.

When I input the /c (Close Command) in command prompt it closes the program but the same command line in GameEx didn't close the app.

Anyone else have any experience with this particular kind of setup ?

UPDATE: After I close the Xpadder program manually, without even GameEx running the pinball machine will load. As though it was waiting for the Xpadder process to end or something. So they are interfering somehow.
