With my new found plugin skills I've created another wee plugin :)

This one is to hide the cursor while running GameEx and emulators.

I know a few of us have been using various external tools and scripts to this but I thought this would be neater and easier to set up for new people.

By default the cursor will be hidden at all times in GameEx and Emulators

If you go into the plugin configuration you can select any emulators that you want the cursor to be visible in

or you can set it so that the cursors is visible in GameEx but then hidden when you play a game

Another great addition to the community. Thanks PimpDaddyStu! Keep up the good work.

Also it would be great if you put in the pinned topic so that it doesn't get buried although I'm sure it will be included in future releases but still makes it easier for users and Tom to see. Thanks again Stu!

Thanks! I had set up a couple different scripts to do this, but it's always been spotty as to whether it keeps working or not after running things for a while. This sounds like a much nicer way to do things.

Good job on this. I have not tested it with emulators yet but it works well with the GameEx UI. I think it should be included with GameEx and it would be a nice addition, but I did notice it would not let me exclude particular apps, and there is a button labelled "button1" that does not seem to do anything.

Opps that button1 was just me testing stuff, I removed the code for it but must've forgot to remove the button :)

I'll remove it and see about adding application support

I've uploaded v1.01 with the button1 disabled

I'm not sure how to add application support though...

Where does the plugin in system fire the event for launching an external application? I've checked the Event_EmulatorLoad and the Event_GameRun run but they don't include apllications

I think I misunderstood, sorry. I assumed you removed support for specific programs in your plugin, but nothing was showing up in the list box since I had no emulators enabled in GameEx. My bad sorry!

Seems to work great in my testing. Again good job.

Can I have your permission Stu to include in the next release of GameEx?

Yeah no problem Tom
