Hokay, I give up. I can't seem to get Nebula to launch into a game. It will either just launch into the main prog., or go to a black screen and crash back to GameEx. Any Ideas? Maybe someone could just post their config. TIA to all replies, and thanks to Tom for a great product!

I get the same results. I only want to use it for the games that aren't in M.A.M.E.

I have tried using command line wrappers too but it still wont work.

I got Nebula to work but it's not that pretty. First, set up Nebula to load up using "Fullscreen GUI" this can be done in the "Options" menu under "Emulation" when you first start Nebula or you can open up "nebula.ini" and look for "GUIMode=1" Change the "1" to "0" for "Fullscreen GUI." (1 is for "Window GUI" where as 0 is for "Fullscreen GUI") Next, just set up Nebula as an "External Application" in GameEx. When you start GameEx just go into, "More Games & Programs" and launch Nebula from there.

Sounds like you are just launching the program. I'm trying to get it to launch a rom from GameEx like when launching Mame or P64.

Well, for now I'm messing with ePSXe. Looks great. I apreciate that someone posted a config for it. I could still use some help with Nebula, though.

Well, I've gotten ePSXe working great. Now I only have 2 issues:

1. Still can't get Nebula working right

2. Is it possible to configure a shortcut or a batch file or something to get a line to show up in GameEx like "PSX CD" so I can just insert a PSX CD and select the buttonto have ePSXe run it?

Don't know about Nebula. What are you doing for ePSXe? I know some here use ePSXeCuTor with a bunch of shortcuts for the games they run. In that case it would be easy, you just make a shortcut to the plain ePSXe.

You could make ePSXe a PC application, too. If you're using flat menu mode it shows up alongside the other emulator choices.

I'm not bothering with specific shortcuts for games, most seem to work fine, though maybe I'll change that later. What I'm trying to avoid is having to use the mouse at all, so I don't want to launch into the emulator at all, just the game directly. So, I'd like to be able to just launch "whatever is in the CD drive."

If ePSXe doesn't have a command line option that runs a CD, you could probably use the SendKeys option to simulate the keypresses that cause the emualtor to run a CD-ROM based game. I would think there's a way to get it to go to the CD from the command line, though. It wasn't clear from what I saw in the readme, though.

Woohoo! Got ePSXe running fine. Although, I think my ATI AIW 9700 is dying on me...I have all the latest drivers, but every now and then the monitor output dies on me.
