Hey! thats MY ini! Actually the "-slowboot" is not neccessary at all, it just shows the ps logo like the 'real' PS1 does before booting the game. I have actually taken that out so everything boots faster.

Also, Keep in mind that this is the original ini that i had which is how it 'should' work. For me it didnt work consistently without using a loader that Hoff made for me. which changes the 'launch before' from LaunchBefore=""C:\Program Files (x86)\Alcohol Soft\Alcohol 120\AxCmd.exe" I: /M:"[RomPath]\[RomFile]""

to c:\wait.exe.
