10.5 no secondary monitor?

Hi,

just went from 9.x to 10.5

now when i set to run on secondary monitor it shows the nag

screen and then black.

works fine on primary monitor.

using gameex on primary monitor but mame on secondary works also

just can't get the gameex system on the secondary.

This worked for me in 9.x and below

also noticed that if i tell it to go 800x600 res it doesn't actually resize the secondary monitor
