Gamex ex Register Issues Windows Vista x64

I've upgraded from windows xp pro to Vista Ultimate 64 bit and my register key is not working!

I dont know if this has to do with the new program files (x86) folder or a new change in vista / 64 bit

What should i do, i can run it it adds it to the registry fine, but the nag screen is still there,

and there is not way to do it as admin, I even ran gameex as admin but that doesnt help either
