Anyone know the correct command line to run CoCo 3 dsk images using MESS ? This is the command line I'm using, but it keeps exiting back to GameEx:

mess.exe coco3 -flop "[ROMPath]\[RomFile]" -joy -now -nonewui

Can't test this myself since don't have this setup but try the following commandline:

mess.exe coco3 -flop0 "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]" -joy -now -nonewui

That worked thanks, but the only thing is that it doesn't load the .dsk file and run it you have to manually do it it just inserts the .dsk file in floppy drive 0.

Is there a way to run it without having to maunally do it?

Unfortunately, for more than a few old computers you have to load the disks manually. Sometimes an emulator will do it for you automatically (like the C64 emu WinVice), but unfortunately (to my knowledge) there is no emulator like that for the CoCo.

Couldn't you just send the keys to load the disk? Each emulator has a send keys feature in GameEx, so you can send whatever combo is needed pretty easily.
