Post your emulator config (you can export it with the Advanced Configuration App) and your log.txt file.

Will show you how to provide the info that Bkenobi asked for.

I should have asked before, but I forgot. Does the sound work okay outside of GameEx? If so, what are your system specs? I can't imagine that the C64 emulator would be that demanding, so I assume the sound is a problem no matter how you launch it the emu. Correct?

This is a known issue with this emulator to begin with. You'll notice all kinds of posts in their forums about the sound. Best suggestion I can make is that you don't run it windowed. When running this emulator windowed and the screen size is bigger than the smallest size, cracking and popping is heard. So best solution is to run as small as you can or even better, run in fullscreen.

Command line:

CCS.exe "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]" -autorun

In CCS64 change your video settings. Press Alt+V and change the Screen Mode to your desired resolution.
