I don't think it's GameEx that is doing it, but figured somebody would know. When I run games like Street Fighter Ex 2 Plus or NFL Blitz (games that have 3D graphics) it starts running in super slow motion. The computer that I have running my games is definitely fast enough to handle these games, what setting may I need to adjust to be able to play these games?

Those are some of the most demanding games that you can run in MAME. The only way to get them running smoothly is to either use a dedicated emulator such as Zinc or Model 2 with a decent system or to have a very modern, multi-core system. I'm not sure you can get every game running at 100% speed at the moment though.

bkenobi is right. Since mame wont utilize really anything besides your cpu you will need to use zinc to run most chd titles. In order to run a chd game like blitz it can be done but the specs entail a overclocked quad core to 3+ghz. If you don't have that in your machine stick to the n64 rom :D
