What Tetris game is this?

Many years ago I seem to remember a friend playing a Tetris game that could have been an import on the original Playstation if I recall correctly. The unique thing I remember about it was as he was playing it against another friend at some point the whole Tetris board flipping around up side down. Was I dreaming or does this really exist?

I believe it was called "The Next Tetris" it had sticky blocks and such...pretty fun to play head-to-head.

My favourite Tetris was the Amiga version. The music was great and it had two players at once.

I think the NES version was pretty good too actually.

I liked the one that came out for the DS, Mario Tetris or whatever it was called.

As much as I do like Tetris, I am more of a Puyo Puyo fan.
