A great place is Emumovies, Circo has a great collection of images.

Torrents can be another good source of image packs - though seeders are a bit rarer

It all depends on what you are looking for. You have to search A LOT. The older the system, the harder it is. But you can find it. Just take your time, sometimes from many different sources. I found all my Vectrex stuff that way.

Yeah the older stuff is definitely the hardest to find! Speaking of which and I'm not trying to suggest piracy or anything. But over at ******** some guy has been uploading various console cover packs including the rare Neo-Geo CD and others
