loads movie at start

I recently set up the multimedia on game-ex so I could play my movies, well it all works fine except that everytime I start a movie before game-ex gets to the start page it opens one of my movie files is there anyway to stop this.

so do you want a movie to display before starting gameex?

if yes, then just define the directory where your startup movie is in and make sure there is no other file in this directory.

choose a different folder for the rest of the movie files

sorry I didnt explain myself properly I don't want a movie to start when game ex loads I cant find an option to turn it off in dvanced config
