easiest steps to change ROMS and Jukebox music

A simple question. I changed them a few weeks ago, and i had to search the Faq. I managed it, but i still had to deleted some lists afterwards. And as the settings of Gameex/mame stay the same, Roms and music still changes after a while.

What are the easiest steps to change ROMS and Jukebox music ?

I guess I don't understand what you are asking still. For MAME, every new version brings a new release of the ROM set. When you decide to update to a new version of MAME, all you do is update the program itself and put the updated ROM set wherever you keep the ROMs. If there are any newer support files available (catver.ini, controls.ini, nplayer.ini, etc.), it wouldn't hurt to update those too. Then, run GameEx and hit "Update List". It will take care of everything for you.

I'm not sure about your jukebox, but I don't think it works the same. I believe when you load the list, it checks to see if it needs updating or if the info that's cached is accurate. If it's out of date, it recaches and continues. Someone more familiar with the jukebox (which I don't use) could probably answer more convincingly.
