New Vista Like Theme

This is my first attempt at this so be gentle guys. It may not look like much but I have spent many hours trying to make something that I thought would be unique. The jury is still out on that though. I hope some one might be able to get some use out of it. If the upload went ok I suppose it will be up tomorrow for testing.

Actually, this is the only V4 theme that anyone has finished and uploaded in the time period for the contest (unless Tom extends it again). I suspect that you would have a pretty good shot at winning that contest if you alert Tom to the upload!

Thanks for all the nice comments guys. I have contacted Tom to ask for his help in trying to upload it. I tried late last night about 2am and it did not seem to go through. I will try again this afternoon. I hope its not related to my DSL connection.
