Game Ex lockup

Game Ex locks up when trying to get out of a game with the znes emulator

follow oxblow's config in the config forum

it goes to a black screen, and the only way to get out of it is to press the mapped esc key twice, which boots me back to the desktop

Once i go back there, i cant load Game Ex again, i have to reboot

Oxbows config does not have the MApKeys setting turned on. Did you turn it on? I think thats the issue if you did not?

Looks like your using the Project64 Advanced Emulator Config. Turn this off.

couldnt turn it off, as in the drop down list it had 2 options, visual pinball and prject 64 config

do i have to put that emulator in a different slot?

ah maybe thats a bug in the config app. open GameEx.ini, search for SNES and blank the relevant line.

You should be able to select a blank empty selection, no? There three options, one is blank/empty. Select that one.
