After searching the forums and checking the gameex configuration, I havent been able to find an always ontop feature. I would like to be able to run gameex on a secondary monitor yet be able to still have use of my pc on the primary monitor. Basically what it is doing, it is minimizing when i go to try and do something on my primary monitor.

Maybe I overlooked the feature or it is named something else. Any help would be appreciated.

When GameEx is in full screen, it will automatically be set to always on top. I don't know if that's the case for windowed mode since I don't run it that way. I don't recall seeing an "always on top" selection in either config tool.

I am running in full screen mode. with a resolution of 1024x768 on the secondary, primary is 1280x1024. I am using dual view, it is a feature that came with my drivers. (PNY 8600 GT Overclocked 512MB PCIe)

I just tried it for you on my Geoforce 8800gt, same deal, Gameex disappears when I click on the first monitor.

Reason for edit: I didn't read the whole post originally! LOL

ok awesome, just glad to hear that i'm not the only one it is happening to. Nothing worse than being the only one having the problem. Would this be a hard feature to add into the program?

This seems like a bug since Tom surely didn't intend on having GameEx minimize when you select something on the second screen. Well, I'm assuming that wasn't his intent. If it's a bug, then it should be dealt with here. If it's considered a new feature, then it should be added to the features request thread. I guess I'll have to let Tom speak up on this one.

Thank you both for your crazy fast responses. It makes me feel assured that this will get solved. =)

Unfortunately this is what Windows is designed to do, you will notice that most applications will not stay fullscreen if you try to use the other monitor's desktop. There is probably a way to force it to stay fullscreen but I'm not sure how.
