Can the Jukebox feature access my music on another PC using media sharing

All of my music lives on another PC and all of my devices (XBox 360 and other WMP11 PCs) take advantage of Media Sharing via WMP11. Can GameEx access my music in the same manner. If I open WMP11 on the machine running GameEx it see the remote library on the media sharing device, now I just need to get GameEx to see it.

I dont know, Ive never tried. There's no specific support for WMP Media sharing, but it may still work. GameEx can access media over the network with mapped drives and UNC paths though.

I was accessing my music via UNC path until I bought some music that had DRM protection. I could only listen to the music remotly if I accessed it through Media Sharing.

I suspect that your best bet is to strip the DMR out of the file. I don't think Tom would want us discussing that topic here, but there are a number of ways to do it that Google can help you with.
