Hi all,

Sutupid question here but I've search a lot without a clear answer.

What is the difference between Visual Pinball, PinMame and Visual PinMame.

I want to put time in one of those on my media center (XP for now and Vista next year) (lots of time :( I want to modify each script to use my x-arcade). I just want to be sure I'm putting my time in the right product.

At the same time, if anyone has a solution for the x-arcade config, it would help as well. But my main concern is which one to choose! :o

As usual, thanks for your help,

Yves

Don't forget Future Pinball. FP is unique tables though, so if you have an inkling to play PinBot, you're out of luck.

At the moment there are 77 recreated tables for FP, though sadly missing lots of great tables that are in VP.

also.

Visual Pinball is a pintable simulator, where as VPmame is an emulator for the game itself. Visual Pinball takes care of the table and phsyics (that canno t be emulated) and VPmame takes care of the rest, used more often than not to create the aminated score displays for later pintables.
