Have any of you guys got a 360 controller to emulate the gun shooting games smoothly??

Everytime I attempt to play one the gun cursor is way too sensitive, and flys across the screen when I attempt to shoot something.....what do I settings do I need to change to get this under control somewhat??

In MAME when you have a gun game loaded, hit tab and go to the analog settings. Change the sensetivity and you should be good to go. This is a per game setting, so you will need to adjust it for each game that has this problem.
