• When GameEx is windowed it will no
  longer be on top of all other windows when it does not have the
  focus.
  
• Added new setting to change the
  font used for titles (top of screen).
  
• Loading screen is no longer hard
  coded and available as a PNG file for themes.

Agreed. I'll try and get the "now loading" screens for the themes out in the next couple of days.

I finally got around to making the now loading screen and I must be missing something. I've replaced the existing GameExIsLoading.png with my own and it still displays the old one. I even replaced the file in the default theme but no go.

Yes, small bug, will be fixed in the next release. The next release will all feature the animated backgrounds.
