I have noticed that when u click on a game to play, some of the games has info on the objects or a short description of the game.

Some of them dont have any info at all.

Is there a way to make your own summary of what the game is about, so when you choose a game there is that info that you have created?

Its not possible at the moment through GameEx, but GameEx gets this is info from history.dat and mameinfo.dat. You can create you own versions of those. Yourll need to update the list again if you change them.
