Sega Naomi finally emulated (not 100% yet)

I'm sure some of you may already know this but Sega's Naomi arcade system is finally being emulated meaning an emulator has been released http://www.emuhq.com/emulators/console/dre...2008/07/30/5781 and few games are playable though this is great news for Naomi lovers such as myself

I checked out the emu... Im excited about it... But will be more excited when GDROM is supported and the dumps are more complete..

But it is awesome.. Now we just need model3 and atomis wave.

Me too, I found it hard to believe myself until I grabbed the emulator. I think one of the authors said GDROM will be supported soon Yea model 3 and atomis will definitely make it complete

Hmmm,

I wasn't aware there were GD-ROM dumps floating about. Being the proud owner of like 7 NAOMI I & 2 NAOMI II boards and 2 GD-ROM setups I would like to compare. Games I own are as follows

1. Marvel Vs Capcom 2 (I have 2 of these)

2. Zombie Revenge

3. Gunspike

4. Dead Or Alive 2 Millenium

5. Capcom Vs SNK

6. Guilty Gear X

7. Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution

Now on to the GD-ROM games

1. Capcom Vs SNK Pro

2. Capcom Vs SNK 2

3. Spikers Battle

4. Virtua Tennis

5. Virtua Tennis 2

6. Guilty Gear XX (I have 2 reg & Jap)

7. Guilty Gear XX Slash

8. Sports Jam

I was going to but got derailed by the shipping charges. ($171.00 via DHL) and then I saw all the dumps that are messed up and decided to wait till he can 100% dump the carts. I don't know about any1 else but toyfighter crashes the emu in attract mode. I'ma hafta hunt down the GD-ROM drive dumps

Nice collection above!! About Toy Fighter I think it crashed on me a few times in previous version. Not sure about this version

Alot of games crash... I do not believe its the dump... The emu is clearly unstabe... But it is great progress.

I didn't think the crashing had anything to do with the dumps. I meant for example Virtua NBA is not dumped correctly. I really wanted to see how this looked before I spent a shitload of cash tracking it down and buying it. Yes it is nice progress. Nevertheless. AW emulation would be nice. I traded mine for a NAOMI II motherboard. Games for it were to expensive for me and then there is the life span of the motherboards question.
