CCS64 will autoload and run discs and tapes straight from GameEx.

In the config section there is a config to do this using zipped files, or within the advanced config for gameex you can select commodore 64 (CCS) and import that setting your paths as required.

What's your commandline? Not in front of my computer but I believe that the option needed is -autorun for it to do what you're wanting. Post your config so we can take a deeper look at your settings for this emulator.

In GameEx Avanced configuration, go to the emulator you set up for the c64, you will see a line saying "Import Emulator", use the pulldown menu to select "PC Commodore 64 (CCS)" and select IMPORT.

All you need to do now is edit your paths and all should work. If you roms are zipped, remember to enable zip support for the emulator.
