MAMEBak.png

I can't get MAMEbak.png to display when I select MAME from the GameEx menu. I'm using the Valhalla theme (which shouldn't make a difference, right?) and MAMEbak.png never shows up. Does anyone else have this problem for other themes?

Try renaming it to bak.png

There is no specific MAME background. All other emulators etc have a special background. For whatever reason, MAME and the main pages use the same background called bak.png.

Thanks for clearing that up. Weird that MAMEBak is included with themes when it will never be used (unless you manually rename)

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's not used (I'm not much of a themer...if that's a word). I think it has been included by some themes in the hopes that a dedicated MAMEbak.png might be used at some point.

its I belive the authors of the themes there makes the MameBAK becouse they as myself hopes there will support for it one day
