I would also like it to appear on all pages... It doesnt seem to appear when navigating Mame game lists. But it does display in the mame section when choosing All mame games, Mame originals etc...

hello just try to update from 9.29 to 9.32 i had 9.29 installed on i:games/gameex when i try auto update to 9.32

9.32 installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\gameex whats the easist way to get 9.32 to update in i:games/gameex so i dont have to set everthing backup again

If you install GameEx manually, you can put it wherever you want. If you use the automatic updater inside GameEx, I don't think there's any way to have it install anywhere but in the default location (C:\Program Files\GameEx).

there must be a way to do this as i have been running gameex from i:games/gamesex for almost a year and i got updates fine till today

When I start gameex the first time (without Cpwizard running), it starts minimized.

If I leave the CPWizard running, Gameex starts fine.

is it possible to have a sticky for v3 themes?

i switched back from valhalla to the standart media theme. i like seeing the music visualisation or the cover in the corner.

and i like having the the videos and the flyers diplay when going thru my library... i just don't like the blue background and i'm not able to change the logos at the moment. i gave the logos the appropriate name and linked them thru emulator setup but it still displays other logos.

i'm sure i'll find a way around that

My GameEx is in a nonstanderd folder and the updater seems to work fine?

It should remember the folder it was last manually installed to. So I would suggest doing another install and make sure you specify the other directory.

Tom, i'm finding that the controls seem to lock up if GX is left idle for a moment or two. This has been experienced by at least one other user.

EDIT: Actually, i'm after leaving GX on the jukebox and eventually windows screensaver kicked in. When i moved the mouse after say 20 minutes of idle, all i get is a black screen. Alt-Tab helps get back to jukebox.
